Color me impressed with this salon located in the heart of the CBD. I have never had a Brazilian wax done in such an efficient manner. Nor have one take only 15 minutes. It’s always hard to find a new salon when I’m traveling, but I was really pleased with this place. I’ve been to a few places over the years, and this is one of the best and most painless ones I’ve been to. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and pleasant. If this will be your first wax, you will have a great experience here.

The best waxing experience I’ve had in melbourne so far, the beautician was so friendly and sweet!, Made me feel really comfortable. Also the whole service was very fast and well done, I didn’t even felt the wax when she was taking it out. She was worried about the temperature and my own comfort all the time, I loved it.  I left the place with no hair in less than an hour. Such an amazing service   I’m going to tell all my friends about this because it’s just more than waxing, they were super friendly, sweet and turned an appointment  into an amazing experience! Omg I'm just so happy! My first time going to get waxed ever since I moved here in Melbourne & let me tell you that this is the best salon to get your bikini wax done. It was so painless I really couldn't believe it. The staff was so welcoming and Nikki made me feel at home. So so good! Would recommend to others and definitely come again!!! The best experience of brazilian wax I’ve ever done as professional and friendly therapist made me feel safe and comfortable during the service. The service was done quickly, less painful and left no redness on me, not like other places i tried before. Wow. So, I just finished nightshift at 7:30am and needed a Brazilian desperately before the holiday period. I think her name was ?Niki was able to fit me in for an 8am wax straight from my shift! I have extremely stubborn & course hair and have had some pretty bad experiences when it comes to waxing. Because of this I get pretty anxious and worked up before the wax but know I need to have it! Niki was honestly the most personable, kind and caring beautician I have ever met! It was barely painful, unlike many other waxes I have had! She did it so quickly and with such professionalism. Honestly the best waxing experience I have ever had. It’s not in my area but I will be making the trip to this salon moving forward! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Went a couple of weeks ago and had the most comfortable experience ever!! I was super nervous initially but Nikki made sure to talk me throughout the whole process made the waxing experience a breeze! Highly recommend to everyone and especially those who experience some nerves prior to waxing! Will be back in the future 100%!!

Best first Brazilian waxing experience ! Mel was absolutely lovely and ensured I was comfortable at all times. I think when it comes to the most intimate parts of your body it’s always best to go to the professionals with years of experience.  I’d just like to thank Mel at Zip Zip Wax for making it such a comfortable first experience as I was extremely nervous but she did a quick job with extreme care and had a lovely attitude.

First time at this gorgeous salon and I cannot fault anything about the place or the staff. They have a great system in place to ensure it’s customers are serviced at their dedicated appointments and although their services are described as express, it was extremely efficient.
