Anna has been doing my hair for about 15 years,  and I obviously keep going back because everyone is amazing!!  The atmosphere is very friendly and I’m treated like family. Everyone is up to date with the latest fashions and techniques, an I’m often guided by their advice. The compliments I receive from the public is review enough that I’m right to let Anna and her staff guide me on what looks best for me.

I had my hair lightened, coloured, styled, treated and cut all by Shania several times. She is INCREDIBLE at what she does. She is the only one I trust with my hair now. I have been to Zink at Brighton countless times and I have only had my hair done by Shania. She is the only stylist I will ever go to   Shania has always listened to my requests and helped me understand how to style and look after my hair.  The salon is very cute and has a nice calm vibe.  I have had my hair trimmed at Zink and I have also had my colour done many times and I have always left feeling fresh and so happy. I had my hair coloured and cut last week. Anna told me she’d like to use ‘Metal Detox’ on my hair and told me my hair would benefit from it. I said okay. Hair cut was a bit shorter than I’d asked for, but not a big deal. A little wonky as she went in with clippers and you can see where. Then I was charged an extra $40 on top of my quoted price for this “metal detox”. It’s a treatment which is obviously an add on. Was never told a price or that it’s an addition, was never asked if I’d like to “add it on”. They had 2.5 hours to inform me of this, instead made it like they’d chosen something for me, or were doing me a favour. Would’ve been nice to have a bit more transparency.Services:&nbsp;Blowouts

I was astonished to be charged $52 for a wash and blow dry of my very short hair.  I had one shampoo which was my choice no conditioner again my choice and provided my own GHD straightening cream!  Not happy Jan.
