Zimzala has spectacular views over Cronulla Beach and the ocean which is what initially brought us there. However, the food was also fantastic. My corn fritters were crispy on the outside, but still nice and soft on the inside. I would have just liked some spice from the salsa, but it was more just cherry tomatoes rather than a salsa. The tomatoes were juicy and fresh though. My husband’s breakfast burger was also great, but could have been bigger. My mother-in-law’s eggs Benedict with bacon on sourdough looked absolutely epic and was a very generous portion size. Would definitely go back.
Quick take our order, Egg & Bacon roll with a cap, nice place by the beach with views if sitting in the restaurant. Watching other food orders come out to people in the restaurant looked delicious. Definitely will take the missus down for a breakfast and walk.
We had a fantastic lunch .. food was delish . We had pan fried salmon, Zimzala pie and pasta. Zimzala pie was awesome. Great food was complimented by the frontage view of South Cronulla beach. Our visitors from overseas was overjoyed with the lunch experience. It’s 5/5 rating from us. Highly recommended
Zimzala Great lunch and friendly service today. Nice signature cocktail, wine. The fish & chips was really nice as was the halloumi dish. Located right on the beach at South Cronulla. They have 2 seating areas plus at the bar, all with great views of the beach. Zimzala_Cronulla
We like the outdoor seats facing the beach. Enjoying coffee and nice lunch with the perfect weather. Prawn basket portion is just right for me and true prawn are all very fresh. Corn fritter tastes good as well, especially with the bacon on top.
SO delicious and tasty! Firstly the most stunning location right on South Cronulla beach, super f4wsh clean and engaging decor inside. The coffee was made well and has outstanding presentation. I got the salmon as the main, so we'll cooked full of flavour and the presentation again was excellent. The desert was my overall fav exactly what I felt like, perfectly made and OMG so delicious this topped off a really great experience. Would highly recommend a 5 out of 5 from me
We had the pleasure of hosting our wedding reception at the incredible location of Zimzala at Cronulla. The events manager Jordy was always accommodating with our requests and assisted in delivering a memorable evening for us despite the challenges that COVID has brought. The event staff was flexible even when our timing started to go a bit off track. The place looked beautiful and the food was nice
Got a chance to have a quick brunch there Such an amazing restaurant with positive vibes Excellent location Located so close to the beach You can sip a cup of coffee while enjoying the waves of oceans Quality of food is amazing Staff is friendly Cafe maintain the COVID appropriate behaviour I often go to this place to have a cup of coffee as I am avid coffee lover If you are looking for a place near Cronulla beach for a quick brunch then this it it Me and my partner are so fond of this cafe And this place never disappointed us N this place is budget friendly even Looking forward to visit this place again in near future Cheers
We had a lovely supper here to honour/remember an old friend with whom we'd dined there many times before. Happy memories. My mother is 92 so I asked for a quiet table, not too near a speaker. The manager was very considerate and put us in a great spot in a corner at the front. The folding doors were open and the view was breathtaking on a balmy summer evening. I had a delicious steak and Mum had the chicken. We walked from our hotel as parking nearby could be challenging when the beach is busy. Cheers and thank you!
Great location on Cronulla Beach. Had a great lunch. Staff were very nice, friendly and attentive. Although we didn't have reservation they still managed to give us a table.
