I can't thank Cassandra enough for the amazing experience she gave my daughter while shopping for her 21st birthday dinner dresses! Originally, I was just planning to walk in and buy one dress, but after meeting Cassandra, my daughter ended up leaving with half the shop! Cassandra’s fashion knowledge and expertise are truly unmatched. She took the time to understand my daughter’s style, body type, and the kind of look she was going for, and she found the perfect dresses for every occasion.nnCassandra’s recommendations were spot on, and her eye for what would look great on my daughter was incredible. She made the whole process fun and stress-free, and I felt confident knowing my daughter was in such good hands. I’ve had the best styling / shopping experience with Olivia M, Ozlem and Carley. The stylists are very professional with great tastes. I love how they spend lengthy amount of time to understand what I need and offer honest feedback. I cannot wait to come back already.
I was visiting from out of town and popped by after visiting the store in downtown Sydney. This staff was awful. I came in, ready to shop til I dropped, and was asked repeatedly if I was ready to leave the store. They weren’t closing for a while, and the shop was empty. I looked around, impressed by the prices, but I felt like the shopkeepers had zero interest in serving me. Ended up leaving empty handed and putting down the $2,000 usd worth of dresses I’d planned to try on. I refuse to spend money where I’m not wanted. A genuine bummer, as I love the brand and was excited to experience this amazing shop. The reviews here about the staff and employees are true. Enter at your own risk.
5 star review specifically to Serina at Zimmerman for being so lovely and helpful with finding a dress for my mums birthday.nShe was attentive, helpful and went out of her way to answer any questions and check for sizes and styles.nWe ended up choosing a dress which Serina picked out perfectly after spending a bit of time helping us to decide.nShe was an absolute angel. Thank you!
Great variety of dresses and lovely, bright store. However, the staff wasn’t really attentive nor useful unfortunately. They seemed more interested in having a small talk among each other than to actually help anyone.
