My friend Nancy and I visited this wonderful art shop yesterday and had a great experience. We found very unique yet beautifully made archive folders to preserve our artworks and portfolio folders. And there was also a great selection of lovely greeting cards, diverse art supplies, it's just like a wonderland. And last but not least, their staff member Joe was super friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant visit to this shop, and I will certainly purchase more items online since I'm a Sydney-based artist. Hopefully, they will open a shop in Sydney too :
I purchased a gorgeous gift set for a stationary loving friend for her birthday. The online range is stunning and customer service is personalised and A++. I had a phone call from Stevie to understand a bit more about my friend so that he could pick the perfect gift wrap for her. I received photos later that day with a beautifully wrapped gift that was on its way to my friend. Love love love. Will be back for more gifts... and perhaps a few gifts for myself!!
I ordered the sealing wax starter kit along with a few extra brass seals online as a present my wife for our anniversary last week, as they looked great and the price was better than anything else like it. I added a little message for my wife, paid and awaited delivery. Pretty standard online shopping experience right? Wrong! The following day received a text message from a member of Zetta Florence staff named Stevie who reached out to with some questions to better customise the gift wrapping and and later that day, provided a photo of the end result which looked amazing. Delivery was quick and the effort put into the wrapping was clear, even down to my message handwritten on a card. The the wax and seals themselves are fantastic and my wife LOVES them! A sensational customer experience and a great product. I could not recommend them enough.
I came here with my mother to buy things to make her birthday party invitations and i don't think either of us have had that much fun in a long time! The staff who showed up how to make the wax staps was one of the kindest people and she helped us to make our decision. The the choices for paper are amazing, there really is something for everyone in this store. The best store in Melbourne by far. Well done :
I ordered some envelopes for my wedding invitations, and whilst I was happy with the quality of them, I was extremely disappointed that there is no way to seal them. I had to race out last minute to purchase seals. This just added more frustration to an already stressful time. At least add the information that you need some kind of seal to the description on your website, it would make things easier for customers.
Wow, wow, wow!!! My favorite craft store in Fitzroy! I am a regular visitor and love the products they offer and sell.... They provide a wide range of stationery, notebooks, cards, pens, writing material, post cards, posters, etc. The concept and idea of this beautiful store is so unique and highly recommend to visit...Next door is Cafe Luis! Today I bought some imported chocolate from Brussels, Belgium. Capable, knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic staff members!

I found this amazing shop through my flatmates who have decorated their bedrooms with so many of Zetta Florence's beautiful designs, but what makes me recommend this shop like no other is the wonderful customer service. I had made an error when writing my address in that caused the package to sit in a post office for a couple of weeks before being sent halfway up the country and back down to Victoria. When I called to explain the situation and query about next steps, I spoke to Stevie and he was so understanding, thoughtful and helpful - he had the whole problem sorted out for me in 10 minutes and sent my posters back off to my correct address within half an hour. Thank you Stevie for all your help, I can't wait to add to the ever-growing collection of Zetta Florence posters in my house!
Really disappointed with my visit to the store over the weekend. I was trying to pick out a nice gift for my friend to take overseas as I've previously had great service, but this time was met with horrible rude side comments from the staff. I don't appreciate being treated like that at all, and especially since the staff continuously made rude comments the entire time to me that I was in the store.
Zetta Florence always has fabulous staff and fantastic personal service. When I have been able to go in store, they are always helpful and friendly. I recently used the gift wrapping service for an interstate delivery. Not only did they check in with me for any preferences of wrapping, I also received photos of the finished packaging. Everything arrived right on time for the Birthday Girl and she was delighted with her gift. Thank you to Stevie and all the other wonderful staff who do a stellar job every time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
