Always love coming back to Zeta Bar with its lovely interior and awesome view of the Sydney CBD from the balcony. The theatrics of my cocktail were something I’ve never experienced before which added to the awesome experience overall.

Staff were quick and efficient. The drink was delicious and entertaining

I had a birthday event at elite night club last Saturday with around 25 guests. We booked a table with Kristijian and was allocated to an area where we situated for the celebration. The night was going well until one of the security guards approached my friend and asked him to leave. We were trying to explain to him that our friend is legally blind and his balance and sense of direction is different to people who can see. My friend had the supporting documents to to prove that he is legally blind but the security guard did not even consider it. He was rude and was kicking out my friend for no real reason. The security guard did not even want to reassess the situation, instead he said “I know he’s blind”. We found that very rude and discriminatory. My friend was kicked out for being blind and the security did not show any compassion nor did he present any real reason. Security are meant to resolving problems not causing problems. My friend was definitely NOT causing any problems, he was just standing around and having fun with his friends and he still got kicked out. There was absolutely no reason to kick out my friend. The discrimination that came from this particular security guard is very inappropriate and unprofessional. In the midst of trying to explain to the security guard that my friend was legally blind, one of my other friends was also kicked out for defending my blind friend. This security was causing issues and ruining the night for everyone. We came to elite club to have fun but instead was kicked out for having a legally blind friend? The whole group eventually just left the venue and was shocked at the discrimination that was experienced that night. Thank you to kristijian and his staff for trying to assist in the situation, but the night was already ruined at that point. I am very disappointed and disgusted at the way my friends were treated. Further training may be needed to prevent anything like this from happening again.

Poor customer service. I asked for tomato sauce with my fries. And waitress said they do not have any tomato sauce!!! Ammm! Okay! Felt like, she was reluctant to go in the kitchen. Also bar staff were not friendly enough!

We went just to have a drink before our booking at THe GLASS and was the best decision we could have taken! I recommend this place 100% for a drink whilst enjoying a nice city view! It has indoor and outdoor and they also have a Food Menu!

Dropped by on a Saturday early evening and at least three cocktails/mocktails weren’t available; from a list of 8 cocktails and 4 mocktails. Lovely location, elevated and facing the stunning sandstone of the Queen Victoria Building and not busy at 5pm

This place is a disappointment tbh. Pictures online give a lounge kind of vibe whereas when you're there it's rather cold and clinical. Whilst the view from the balcony area of the QVB is worth checking out, there are many other cocktail bars I'd go to ahead of this one

Solidly good, lovely terrace facing QVB. While not a “rooftop” it’s a lovely place for a sunset cocktail.
