Ok, I have only just rang this company so take this review with a pinch of salt - its only my initial impression but I am so impressesd already. Matt spoke with me for about 20 minutes. He responded honestly to my questions. I got the impression he really understood my situation and what I wanted. He was professional, knowledgable and friendly. Will definitely follow up this one.

From my initial enquiry, right through until settlement and beyond we have been impressed with Zest's excellent communication, clear explanations and going above and beyond for us (emailing on public holidays!) Jeremy (mortgage) and Tim (insurance) remembered small details like our children's names and ages, which all contributed to the feeling we were their most important clients (I'm sure we weren't!). We can't fault the service at Zest, and it feels wrong not to be paying!
