Nicole played a pivotal role in helping us navigate building our first home. There was so many unforeseen bumps in the road — nothing to do with Zest — but Nicole took everything under control, gave us invaluable advice and has had our back through the entire process. Buying or building your first home is always going to be daunting but Nicole always made us feel heard and always had time for our questions. Nicole at Zest was fantastic to deal with. She provided great advice, was extremely knowledgeable, and was lovely to deal with. Communication at all stages of the process was excellent, and we are very happy and impressed with the result she managed to achieve for us.

Awesome service from Larn, who sorted out insurance for me. Gave me several options and didn't try to hard-sell like other companies I've dealt with. Follow up has been excellent and even got a lovely welcome to Zest gift. You simply don't get that sort of appreciation very much anymore...definitely a nice touch. Thanks Zest... I can not recommend Nicole from Zest more highly! I received extremely professional and efficient service from her and found her to be very personable too. Nothing was a problem to her. I was in a terrible place in my life and was highly stressed. Nicole took me under her wing. She delt with both of my lawyers at the time and real-estate agent and made it happen for me. Nicole secured a loan with a good interest rate and knocked off 10 years reloan repayments compared to what I was offered at my bank of 34 years. Because of Nicole I now live in a lovely house with my Daughter were we feel safe and happy to start our knew chapter. Great experience with the Zest Brokers Taupo team! Larn was amazing with the professional advice given when we purchased medical and life insurance.
