Toofan and Sepher Toghyani provided an architectural design that was only meant to showcase their architectural capabilities with no consideration of the clients construction budgetary requirements. After charging an exorbitant amount for the town planning application, they did not provide conceptual design options to choose from, rather proceeded with a design that was way above the clients construction budget. After wasting 8 months through the town planning process, they were not willing to modify the design for re-application to town planning without additional costs. Was a bad experience going with them. Stay away from them unless you have money to throw away.
