Zarraffas Southport

The bitter taste of off chicken and the dry bread warmed up and the bad smell of rotten cheese oil ruined my day. They always forget the sauce Only this branch isn’t good to customers

Very disappointed. Ordered the Benny bagel. It was the tiniest bacon and the was mostly empty bagel.

It was around 8:30am this morning so peak hour for everyone wanting coffee & breakky, the drive through line was so backed up and busy all the way out on the street, and despite how busy and rushed all the workers must’ve been they all kept calm and had the biggest smiles on their faces being friendly and making the process go as quick as they could, and also big shout out to the lady who came out of the store to take everyone’s orders on her iPad in the drive through to make orders and time go quicker! Definitely impressed, even when it isn’t too busy the drive through is the quickest store I’ve been too to get my coffees and brunch

I think the best Drive through I have been through, it is well managed! Always exceptional customer service, coffee is always good. Have walked in an ordered and it's not too long a wait either!

We went this morning 19May 22, ordered 2 coffees and avo smash. Very ordinary non personal service and the worst coffee ever from any zaraffas, AND I asked to use free coffee in z card which she didn't do, or say thank you. VERY POOR!!

It's not their fault they are so busy at times. I go a lot twice a week. They are the most organised, friendly, consistent Zarraffa's. Thank you guys!

Best coffee I've ever had in my life. Was asked if I wanted to try the special blend for an extra $1 or so. Well worth it. Didn't even need to add sweetener it was so good.
