Only issue is -I have been using my loyalty card for quite a while. At various stores Not once was I told until today that it wasn't activated. Every cashier would of known- took my card and never said a word. More than disappointed.
One of the best Zaraffas shops I think, drive through is very fast, get free drinks for being a regular customer. Only thing I hope they have plain croissants or scones for a quick bite.

My son was thankful that they adjusted their milkshake ingredients so he could have a basic vanilla milkshake

They make great coffees. And they can substitute milk with almond milk or pouring cream. Drive thru usually fair waiting time during peak hours.
Went in to Zarraffas richlands this morning and Hayley with the blonde hair served me she was so lovely and helpful and made the best coffee fusion for me it was delicious she has unreal customer service skills highly recommend!
Good but not a lot of seats inside n outside was too cold.
