I’ve got to say, this is THE worst Zarraffas I’ve been to. Walking in, the shop is FILTHY - very low standards, the service was just as bad. I’m not a local and frequent all the Zarraffas around Australia while working. We waited in the drive through but it was not moving so we got out and ordered in person. FILTH in store - disgusting. Then to wait 10-15 minutes for 2 coffees because they don’t know how to run a Zarraffas is mind boggling. Brisbane is my local and every single shop I purchase, I’m in and out peak times in 5 minutes because they are all working in sync TOGETHER.nI won’t be back and I think QLD manager should be doing unannounced spot visits more often.

Staff are not welcoming, they don't care about your food or drinks , if I am dining and sitting on the far end , barely can hear them call out any thing. so food sits in there getting cold. make sure when you order stand there and until you get your drink or food, than find a seat if available.
I recently got addicted to they iced drinks *drool* amazing and rewards are awesome. The last time me and my dogs went through the drive through they gave them puppachinos. They were stoked!
I go to your drive thru at The Lakes every single day. I have been a loyal member since your store opened. However, last week twice, and the last three days in a row my coffee has been really bad. I tried to ring your store every time to let them know, but no one ever answers. It’s not hard. I order a grande flat white with full cream milk and vanilla. So why is it tasting like dish water watered down. So disappointing. What is happening with this store.??
