The location of this Zarraffa's has been handy when running errands after work. It's relatively new and is presented well. They have an outdoor seating area, although it faces parked cars. I've never been a huge fan of the franchise. They charge you more for a larger size and want to charge you again for the shot, that anywhere else, would be included. The staff are always friendly, but in a "I'm nice because it's my job" kind of way. There is no above and beyond service or care. The call out your order, and say thanks as they're doing it, and ignore you when you actually grab the coffee. Even if you're the only person in the cafe, dining in, they'll still make you walk up to the counter. It would be nice if they'd go the little bit extra and bring it out. This isn't a review of this particular location, it's an issue at all Zarraffa's. The one reason I keep coming back is because they have longer trading hours, and this location is right across from Aldi. I love me some Aldi. ;)

Every Sat/Sun morning the staff here have the ability to completely transport me to a happy place with the powers of insanely good customer service and coffee to die for. Couldn’t do weekends without you guys.

Great reliable coffee on the coast. Staff are friendly and competent! Recommend as they have a drive through! Perfect for the commute to Brisbane or along the highway due to proximity to Smith Street motorway!

Great location, friendly and courteous staff. As a loyal customer of Zarraffa's, I tend to go to this particular branch rather than the others.
