Usually my go-to Zaraffas on the way to work but the last few visits over the past month has been horrible. So stingy on the open club fillings & twice my son’s creme caramel fusion has had coffee added to it.
I’ve been going every morning and have been very pleased until this morning. I believe it may have been a new staff member that served me this morning. I gave my order as I usually do and she kept saying something I hadn’t heard before so I repeated my order and she kept saying something different the finally said that’s what we call it. After a long wait my order was ready an I asked for a tray as carrying 3 drinks at once is not easy. She threw the tray at me, it missed the counter first go so she threw it again. I was shocked at how rude this young woman was, especially when the staff are usually so lovely
I’m a long term customer but unfortunately and very recently this place seems to have gone a bit downhill - the wait time in both drive-through and inside is atrocious, I understand they’re absolutely run off their feet but it’s such a long time to wait for a coffee order. I wouldn’t recommend going if you’re in a hurry. The staff however, are always so lovely.
Not all Zarraffa’s are created equally. I’m regular at Zarraffa’s Eagleby and absolutely love the coffee there. This place is real contrast. Haven’t had a coffee this bad in long time. There goes my $6 down the drain…
I quite often use this outlet as a quick drive threw off the Logan motorway and then back onto motorway. Instead of my usual order I received something that had a flavoured syrup in it and I did not realise until I was back on the motorway. I have tried twice to contact the outlet with no reply whatsoever. Not good customer relations as it is most inconvenient to go back to the outlet off of the Logan motorway
Service could be a bit faster. Also I don't understand how the same thing I order everytime tastes a little bit different. Also please wipe the cups if you are going to drip it.

Great coffee. Do sorry to the lady's behind the counter who when ever I go there with my 5year old son screams "HELLO LADYS " he just thinks you're great
