Average coffee and average service. Wasn't shown the eftpos machine to confirm amount when paying. Was served in the line up in the car park, wanted food but didn't know what was on the menu. Was rushed through with coffees only. Best to go elsewhere if they're busy.
Closest thing you will get to Starbucks. Drive thru for snatching one on the work commute. Always busy which just tells me the drinks and food is quality and worth. I would guess they have largest range of hot and cold drinks in Cairns. Staff are always so peppy.
5 stars for the coffee, not the food It's really decent coffee for the days you get up and realise you forgot to buy milk on your way home yesterday. Also, somebody got a hold of my Zaraffas Club card and stole my free Birthday drink... No idea, don't ask Well Zaraffas helped me to create a new account, transfer over my credits and reloaded another free bday drink for me!!! Outstanding

Hands down the best customer service in Cairns, backed by exceptional menu options, superb coffee and mouth watering delectable sweet and savory food options. Highly recommend Zarraffa's Edmonton
Great range of drinks, can be expensive if you are on a budget. The table layout inside is very small and not very well laid out, I have a family of 4 and it is difficult for us to sit down, enjoy a coffee and have something to eat as the tables are way 2 small. There are also no toilet facilities here

Good food and drinkable coffee we don't have sugar for a franchise, along with prompt service. I walked in, but saw that the drive-through was crazy full! Will have to get a pic of the updated menu.
