Saw their average rating and thought "How??" I go in every week and have for the last month now for my regular source of coffee beans ground for me on site and occasional coffee. I love the service, there's one woman who is a living machine. Even when it gets busy, the way she does her work is sensational, she makes it look easy and I know it's not always. I never have time to grab your name I'm sorry DX but you've got amazing skills both in customer service and as a barista. My partner has even had a meal from here and he enjoyed it, being a taller guy he eats a bit more so he thought it wouldn't really fill him but it was surprisingly filling as well. I'm going to continue coming here thank you so much for your awesome coffee ^_^
My partner and I went here for Brunch and got two Benny Bagels with our respective coffees being made to order. The environment was comfortable and our order was made in record time. The service was impeccable as well, lady behind the counter was very polite even though she was new. Dietary restrictions: They had lactose free milk for us which is great.
Great Zarraffas coffee, cappuccino and iced latte. We also had a ham and cheese croissant and caramel slice, both nice and fresh. Staff also friendly but took awhile to be acknowledged at the counter before being served.
Very popular. Mocha a bit too sweet. Black coffee awesome. Great prelude to a movie. Crowd noise, but that's to be expected.
worst customer service I have seen in a long time, lady at counter was rude and did not listen to what I wanted - ended up giving me the wrong order. would not recommend. Dietary restrictions: Did not adhere to my dietary restriction.

SMALL SO SEATS TAKEN QUICKLY BUT STAFF ARE GOOD & COFFEE IS CONSISTANT.
A bit on the pricey side, considering the competition for the area. Better cake at Gloria Jean's in the same plaza. Coffee was okay. Just an average coffee shop.
