Asked for one white mocha and normal latte received the worst coffees ever, tasted like flat whites. Staff where walking around and it took forever just to get served, then waited over 10 minutes for our coffees. Very poor service along with horrible coffee, will not be back.

I have never had a bad experience, the staff are always so lovely and accommodating. Absolutely amazing coffee and service every time.

The day we went 10th August the drive thru staff were insanely rude! They failed to properly cook our open subs. Quiet frankly, I am surprised we didn’t get food poisoning due to it being chicken. So disappointing as every other Zaraffa’s has had the best service.

There is drive through, inside service with pleasant decor and adequate parking for most demand times conveniently located as people commute to and from work. A wide ranging menu served with promptness and courtesy.

Always get a fantastic coffee from here...  I highly recommend them
