I am so sick of ordering a triple shot and being served a single!! Today I asked them to confirm it was triple when handed to me, they said no it’s a single. They went round the corner with them both. Buy pretty sure I was just handed back the same weak pale fusions!!! Seriously over it, I pay good money for the extra shots of coffee

Such a warm ambience! Zarraffa's serves a HUGE variety of coffees and cold drinks and has really nice food options to snack on. If you're grabbing fuel at the place next door and want to grab a quick pick-me-up, this is definitely the place to go.

Staff are always polite even when things are super busy, my coffee is always spot on what I ask for. Food offerings are quite diverse and somewhat reasonably priced. Their reward program is pretty decent too... Overall, I would recommend Zarraffas Hendra...just be prepared that sometimes there's a shirt wait time during busy periods.

Pricey & the drive through frequently gets delayed. If you’re in a hurry, avoid if there’s 2 or more cars queued - it will take 10+ minutes to get through. The coffee is on average about as good as Mcafe and prepared slower.

I was told they have the best coffee, glad I tried. Love the fusion without cream and ice cream though I tried once to have a cream toonThe ice are so fine that it blends so well. Also the mocha is great too!nnI hope they will upgrade to milk options.
