I'm a regular customer and have been with the zarraffas coffee outlet for a long while whether I'm using the other outlet or this one at Edmonton every smile and hello is genuine and the crew always are happy and engaging which is expected but with a smile takes it too another leve and i feel like i have gotten what i wanted and more but more importantly is the service provided is second to none and very well run establishments enjoy a caramelised cold fusion either a Masai or sometimes a jumbo no cream yummy keep up the good service and well presented outlets all the staff are awsome and a mention of Maria of the Edmonton store ur staff are awsome and please keep up ur good food service and coffees thank u

Super popular drive-through, but the cars are always moving forward. They're so fast, and their coffees are super good. Great friendly service and a very well managed business! Also, it's the only place in Cairns where you can get a jumbo size coffee Thank you guys!
Very busy but super efficient. Staff very polite and friendly great customer service.
I have visited Zarraffas in Edmonton many times. The coffee is good and in winter I like to sit outside and enjoy the view of parts of my home town. ~the staff have always been polite and helpful to me.
