I've come here basically every morning since becoming pregnant. Staff have always been friendly, especially the men in drive through. Even my 7 year old comments on how nice they are to us.nnIt's refreshing, 10/10 service :
Absolutely incredible zarraffas! Went through the drive through and got a few drinks one of which almost always gets messed up but they made all of our drinks perfectly and I think it was the best tasting coffee I have had in a long time, thankyou to the amazing workers!
My husband and I order coffee almost every day and firstly the coffee is ALWAYS delicious, hot , correct and served with a smile .... The staff are welcoming, professional and the service is mostly prompt.... it gets SUPER busy at times but I don't think we've waited more than 5 minutes Max...
I love this place for their mochas but for some reason I've been getting the wrong coffee more and more often and it's so sad for me I don't have time to come back in because I'm usually on my way to work. V sad & disappointed
I believe it's the most delicious coffee among franchise options. Using their app for meal deals is also highly recommended. Mornings tend to be quite busy.
