Got an Iced Lattè with LF Milk, and it tasted good. The waiting time was short, and the staff had an approachable attitude and served us with genuine smiles

Very, very nice. Food was just great, coffee was great, atmosphere was great, staff was great. What more could you want. Staff were so friendly and up for a chat. Food and drinks came out very quickly. Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone. Keep doing what your doing staffnPs, caramelised coffee fusion was amazing
I've noticed that the quality of the coffee and the professionalism of the staff's discussions in the mornings can be inconsistent. It seems that some staff members may not realise that customers can overhear them while waiting in the drive-thru. On a positive note, I appreciate the efficient management of peak times, such as assigning staff to take face-to-face orders in the drive-thru.
Only started going to Zarraffas and from my very first coffee I immediately fell in love because of how great the taste was. Every single I’ve been there multiple times and I have enjoyed every single trip. Really great coffee
