Been going here for years and have always been very happy with the service.  Yes it can get busy but that's what happens when you make good coffee!

Came in on a Saturday morning and there was a mid hight Asian lady who was quite u friendly and abrupt. 
The order took a ridiculous amount of time to come out despite not being busy.
Not happy with the service here!

Trusty and reliable service every time.  The coffee is great and the staff are friendly and very effiicient, even when the store is very busy.  My 'go to' is a coffee fusion with caramel and the peppermint slice...sometimes!

Good place to stop by and have a coffee and read. Does get a but noisy as they do get very busy, though headphones take care of this. 

I'll be honest, I'm not a the biggest fan of Zarrafa's coffee beans..But I still give this place a five star because the service is amazing. Super friendly, helpful and attentive. Especially Joni.

You know when you go to a place and you get really excited when you get staff that are great in customer service? 
So you're thinking why 2 stars then? 
That's because customer service should be for all customers, not just your favourite regulars. It's 6.15 am in the morning, there's 1 person ie favourite regular  in front of me and the chatting went on and on and on. First morning visit, last one ever.
