Anthea, I was a customer on the day you are speaking of. I think you have omitted the part about the bad attitude you had on this day. If you are going to complain please tell the whole story. I have never had an issue with any of the staff at this store. They are always friendly and polite.
It's a smaller shop and it gets very busy at times. The owner is a bit odd, but the staff will bend over backwards to make your experience a good one. Have patience and you will be well rewarded with a great brew.

Popped in for coffee. Good service, nice coffee.
Staff were friendly. Great customer service.
Service was poor and female attendant was rude. They got my order wrong and didn't apologise for the mistake. When they remade it, she left out the extra coffee shot and when I asked her about it she added it in a huff as though it was an effort, again making no apologies. I felt I was an inconvenience and will never be coming back.
On 1st Jan morning, the female staff was so rude that she telled at people when she called out the names. Obvious rasism
Belinda makes the best coffee , she must be given best coffee maker award .
I wish I could have the rating for staff and food seperated......Based on my personal experiecne, staff here is friendly and extremely effiecient. Yet for Zarraffa's to change their recipe for their open club sandwich just eliminate my only reason to ever step in their shop....
Great Coffee, quick service, excellent staff. Big shout out to Beatrice who's been killing it recently.
