The staff were rude.nI went to the fitting room to try on a piece of clothing, but I didn’t like it.nWhen I approached the counter to ask if I could leave the item there, several staff members were tidying up clothes. One of the women, in a very rude tone, said, 'I don’t know, I don’t work here.'nIt was baffling—how could she be folding clothes at the counter and then claim she doesn’t work there, with such a bad attitude? No one else bothered to answer my question either. It felt like they had no interest in helping, as if I was inconveniencing them.
The management of this store is really poor. The guy with glasses who works on 19 June 2024 afternoon, you look like a supervisor or a manager. You treat customer like shoplifter even I though explain to you twice. The way you treat me is not professional and make my feel really uncomfortable. Now I understand why Zara Chadstone staffs look tired and unhappy and the change room always dirty and messy.
I went to the Zara store last week. I have ordered 4-5 boxes. Hannah was the only person who was very helpful. Giving 4 star only because of Hannah.nnOtherwise 1 star.nnThank you so much again Hannah
The change room was an absolute mess, leftover clothes and hangers on the floors, a spilt coffee was left and the change room smelt like off milk. Staff were unfriendly and not willing to assist, they also seemed to allow other people’s partners and shopping companions in except mine had to wait outside at the counter. Awful experience do not recommend.
Worst customer service. First we cannot call up anyone or send email, the only way is to chat online. Live chat is also the worst because it keeps logging off everytime.nnI purchased one if the trending formal pants from Zara chadstone and literally wore it once at an office event after 1 month of purchase, and had all threads come off.nnI contacted zara via live chat and had to explain this to 3 different people after which they said that this will be escalated and someone will reach out to me soon. Almost 3 weeks later, i reach out again and they said that since they didn't have sufficient details they have not escalated the issue.nnThe worst experience I have ever had and would never want to do it again.
