The staff in this store are rude, unwilling, lazy and need more training to say the very least.nnWent to the counter to purchase a top a few days ago. The young woman she was young and had blonde hair behind the counter was nothing but a lazy dodo.  When I asked her to scan the top it had several red stickers on it so wanted to confirm the price she said the scanner was broken and then said “do you want the top or not”. I was shocked at her manner and I said no thank you, then walked out of the store to Seed and spent there.nnThis is the second time I’ve experienced rude staff. When the sales were on I went up to a few sales assistance I wanted to ask about sizes if they had more stock huddling around racks and this one girl she was South American I would say, dark hair said “what do you want!? Can’t you see we are busy!!”nI have never in my whole life ever experienced this type of unwilling rudeness from a sales assistant. Disgusting!nnWho the hell is in charge of their customer service?? No one that works in that store wants to be there. I love Zara but I wont be going into this store again. It’s an absolute disgrace!

Hi, is it normal for Zara to process an order and never deliver the goods? I’ve been waiting since 18 August for my order and Zara opened a “case” but still has not responded to my emails. When I follow up on chat, the agent just says my case has been escalated to the relevant department. Really don’t trust Zara online ordering tbh…  I asked to be refunded but the answer stays the same: Your case will be reviewed. Be careful ladies…

Honestly they need more of Zara in Adelaide! So good to go to for quality but affordable items. I find a lot of the medium sizes of things are never in stock when I go but that could just be luck or the fact there’s no other Adelaide stores. Service is always helpful :

I visited Zara at Burnside Village today and was impressed by the wide variety of items available. The staff provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. I found everything I needed without any hassle. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience.
