Been here twice now during staffed hours to see if I wanted to sign up for this gym, but no staff in sight that could open the door. Which is odd as they have called me everyday to ask when I want to do a trial but when I call them while I'm at the door no one's there..

really looking forward to joining this gym but when i went in to sign up during staffed hours, no one was there. rang the doorbell twice, another gym goer opened the door for me but i didn’t see a point in going in if there was no one to help me. if you’re staffed hours have changed or there is no one there at the current time please let people know, even if it’s just a sign on the door saying no one is available at this time, they’ll be back at such and such time. thanks

For someone who wanna try month to month contract.nThere is a stupid 1 month cooling period. It means when you stop “flexible” month to month contract, you still have to pay 4 week for nothing.nThat how they run their business.

Spacious gym with many smith rack machine available, which is so much beneficial element compared to other Zaps. Crossfit could be available doing it myself as all the tools are there.

I used to gym here nearly every day, through the years I slowly watched the decline of this gym. First it was removing the crowd dj music function, then the toilets and showers where always coated in shit, piss and water all over the floor, the toilets are right next to the dumbbell wrack, so when someone takes a dirty protein shit that’s all you can breathe. It’s disgusting. Zap then removed the frosted windows, removed key fobs, it’s so bloody busy. Goodluck getting a bench or squat wrack, all the damn high school kids just set up a fkn campsite, and to top it all off I was told I wasn’t allowed to use lifting chalk bc it made too much of a mess…seriously? What do you employ cleaners for?
