Was visiting family in Coningham. Found Zapp gym. Georgia was working on the desk. She was fantastic and was very friendly. Service was great. Its got all the equipment you need and very spacious. Not cramped like most franchise gyms

I've been going to this gym for a number of years. Excellent range of equipment. Don't expect a hot or even warm shower if you go in the morning; the hot water service is inadequate for the number of users. Okay if you're training to swim in the Antarctic or following a Spartan training program.
