I love Zap but them removing the use of keyfobs and forcing them to download an app just to have it serve the same purpose is pointless and purposeless removes people who don't have smart phones or people who don't have data who can't come in to workout.nnI understand this branch probably wasn't the one to implement the rule but I'm using this Review to protest.nnReturn the fob. Spacious gym with many smith rack machine available, which is so much beneficial element compared to other Zaps. Crossfit could be available doing it myself as all the tools are there.
I've been a member at Zap for 10 years, and 3 years before Zap acquired the business. The gym is a good size, fully equipped for a wide range of physical exercise for both men and women of all ages. The secret is continuity and commitment to a full effort at each session whether you feel like it or not. Over time the physical benefits are substantial. The most amazing outcome is, my 7 sessions per fortnight costs me about $3.00 per session. Zap does not provide training, the instructions for the use of each piece of equipment are located on the equipment, this is an insurance issue so do not expect any instruction. Personal trainers are available at a per session rate. The facilities are clean, members put the equipment away after usage which results in a tidy gym. Car parking is always available anytime of the day. Showers and Toilets are available for both men and women. The membership is highly skewed to the under 30's however there is good number of over 50's men and women.nI love going to the gym as I feel the strengthening it gives my body at each session. No aches or pains, no stiffness, no shoulder tension. Strong stomach muscles.. and I sleep well
I Booked for 3 sessions with personal trainer few months ago and did one session, after one session I paid for whole 3 sessions but shethe trainer never made it for next time. She cancelled the second session one hour ago and organised for next day and it didn’t happen on that day because I was sick. I called to manage for another session but it didn’t work out and then I asked for the money refund and she agreed to do that but after that she never answered the call or replied my text. I have called Zapdifferent locations about this several times but I never get my money back.
