We are having a new kitchen supplied. The kitchen supplier organised an electrician and plumber to arrive early morning on site on the first day. A very nice young plumber from Zammataro Plumbing arrived and disconnected the gas and water to the kitchen. He told the kitchen installer and my husband that he would call again first call in the morning the following day. He did not arrive. The installer could not proceed with the work as plumbing had to be adjusted. I phoned Zammataro Plumbing tp check when the plumber would arrive. Was told that he was not scheduled to call again and was on an urgent gas job. I asked for another plumber to come. The office staff passed on the message. Anthony the second in charge of the company phone back within 5 minutes. He stated that the plumber never advised he would call to adjust the plumber and indicated that I was lying. The kitchen installer and my husband spoke to Anthony and advised that the plumber told both of them that he would call the next day. It was agreed that a plumber would call within 2 hours which we accepted. Five minutes later Anthony phone me again. He asked me if I new who I was speaking to. My response was that he had advised me that he was second in charge of Zammataro Plumbing. He then acked me if I knew who his boss was. When I said I did not know, he promptly told me that it was his wife. My response to him was that it was not my problem who his boss was and that was the company issue. He then told me that he would not deal with such a rude person and advised me that their company would not do the work. 12 years ago we build a new house and Zammataro Plumbing did all the plumbing installation. After moving in, there were plumbing issues that had to be rectified under warranty. It was the builders problems and for months Zammataro Plumbing hassled us for payment when he should have been going to the builder. I would not and could not recommend Zammataro Plumbing for any job.
Great service from Zammataro for pump out of septic tank. On time, friendly plumber and that it took way longer than expected was not a problem.
After waiting for over a week for a response to a job to be done we were contacted by the owner. On explaining that we used another service who responded within 12 hours my wife was abused by the owner who said "Don't bother calling us if you have a f**king emergency" So glad we found a better more professional business instead of Zammataros
