Just passing through town and decided to get a feed before heading back to the coast. Great food, and customer service. We definitely stop by again!
Guy that served me would be a better fit at GyG, he was mumbling his questions and not even waiting for the answer. The store is situated on a busy, drab corner and the exterior is very lackluster but the interior is as clean and pleasant as any Zambrerros. The food was ok, the disinterested, mechanical service didn't inspire me to trust the back room food handling. I'm guessing they are running low on gloves as he only put one on and held the other hand behind his back. When an chime started behind him he stopped it with his gloved hand then returned to continue making my food. If he was mumbling and as disinterested in service as he seemed but worked at GyG I wouldn't have thought anything off it but I’ve come to expect more personal service from Zambrerros in Brisbane and the one I went to in Goulburn. For some reason they put on crushed corn chips after the beans and rice down here rather than just before the sauce as they do in Brisbane. It all goes down the same way but everything else seems the same so it stood out... I'm sure I'll be pondering the reasons for this for days if not weeks. Went back yesterday and had great service which is more what I'd expect from Zambrerro. I don't want to contact Zambrerro directly and don't want to give specific information about which staff member it was. I think you should know when people are that bad. I'm not getting paid to help train your staff
Had lunch here with the girls from work and then dinner the same day with my kids after a movie. I really fresh alternative to Greasey fast food. Heaps of options everyone found something they liked. Fantastic service, and really friendly helpful staff. The premises are lovely and modern and clean. 5 stars from me. Will be back
Annoying that the online Zambrero and Menulog orders are ignored, and they only served staff in the queue until you push the issue that the "due by" time was ages ago. If Zambreros don't want to manage online orders, don't accept themFood: 4/5
Ordered a vegetarian burrito bowl + probiotic drink through one of the delivery apps. Issues with a simple order- 1- they send me a note that the probiotic drink was not available so replaced with a cheaper juice and they tried contacting me. I my phone was with me and I don’t have a call or message from anyone in that duration. If they didn’t want to bother asking, they could have replaced with another probiotic brand which is also on the menu? Maybe mark the one that is not available as ‘out of stock’? 2- there was minimal beans for a vegetarian protein option of a borrito bowl 3- I paid for extra cheese and there was definitely no extra cheese in my bowl.
Great healthy choice option that desires any hunger. Fast service and good portions.

Quick and easy, only two people in line at the time so I was attended to promptly. Parking: Depending on the time of day it can be tight for larger vehicles.
Amazing service, the staff are working really well in such a small space with great pace. You can really see the effort the owner puts in also with their response to the reviews. Big thanks to Lily, Joshua and all that were working tonight.
