I think we may have been here previously, but I don't remember. The food was delicious, and easy to order. I was a little concerned about the jalapeno, but it was okay with a bit of a bite.nI would definitely go back and recommend Zambrero
10/10 service, I typically have a hard time ordering as I’m a very picky eater but Krista and Mia were amazing and made me feel so comfortable with my confusing order! They were so lovely and helpful! We have been here many times and always remember the amazing customer service, it’s the main reason we return!
The staff treated my like royalty and are a lovely bunch. They know how to provide excellent customer service as well as have a laugh, truely a great atmosphere.
I recently ordered two servings of nachos for $34. While the service was prompt, I found the nachos to be highly disappointing and not worth the cost. There was a noticeable lack of beans and salad, making the dish subpar. If I wanted plain nachos, I could have simply purchased a bag of chips from Woolworths or Coles.
We came in on 1/04/2024 at 12:55pm. The food was great however the service was absolutely terrible. There were 2 young girls and they seemed frustrated that we put an order in and loudly announced that it was only the two of them and that they were getting smashed. I saw them being rude to a lot of other people and don’t think it’s needed. And when I was waiting just for a fork, I could hear them talking about why I was at the counter, and they seemed hesitant to serve us, I completely understand in customer service when you are busy it 100% can be frustrating, but taking it out on customers is definitely not the way it should be handled.
