Pretty disappointed in the service i received, one of the employees, Kate i believe her name was. Refused to serve me and was rudely ordering her co-workers to serve me although they were visibly doing something and she was not. after 10 minutes of waiting she finally served me. Her tone and manner was very poor towards me. I had got my food, which on a positive side was amazing it’s just unfortunate that one staff member ruined the experience with her lack of customer service and respect for not only me but her co-workers.
Asked for a gluten free wrap and they asked if I had coeliac disease, they then brought out whole new utensils to use and out baking paper down to toast the wrap. As someone who doesn’t have a wide variety of foods they can go and eat this made me extremely happy
Burritos were good. Fast service but the sauces were mixed up so my girlfriend got the spiciest sauce and it made her cry. She’s okay now don’t worry :
Was served by the bubbly and friendly Mariah who was so lovely and excellent service. Offer and excellent loyalty program and just had to try the white chocolate bars. Such a great company to support that’s main goal is supporting and donating to a great cause. With such a great location across from our beautiful lake at Northlakes, you can simply take the time to go and sit on the grass and chill out and admire our Lake Eden and take in the view
I'm done coming here. I love Zambrero as the Burritos are yummy but the last 3 times we have gone there the staff don't want to be there. It's clear! Don't get me wrong some of them are nice but 1 particular girl you have on at night doesn't want to be there. Today my daughter went in and told me 'I don't think they like me, they wrapped my burrito wrong. She was so unhappy being there and I just spat out cardboard it had writing on it so its definitely cardboard from my burrito" Definitely driving the distance and going to Lawnton next time.
How come 9/10 time I come to Zambreros the staff have no idea how to do a vege IQ burrito. I confirm everything that it's double beans, double black rice, double guac and they just pretend to ignore me. I have to be weird and tell them again it's double guac when they only do one serve and they just look so sulky. Maybe you guys should put up a sign.
Food was excellent! But staff felt like they did’t want to be there. When people eat out they wanna have a good and fun time they just killed the vibe.would not comeback here rather travel to lawton
They do not cater to Coeliacs here. Looking at the way they use the spoons touching the burritos and putting it back into the main pots its definitely cross contaminated. This is not a coeliac safe zambreros there are others that are. The staff advised me of the cross contamination immediately, which was lovely of them to do so. The staff here are awesome and my non- coeliac husband enjoyed his meal here. The one star is purely for them not being able to accommodate coeliacs as I know they are supposed to.
I LOVE Zambrero 100/10 for all good quality and all fresh ingredients So delicious
Always find the staff are quite rude at this store. 25 minutes before closing and didn’t want to change the beans or rice to make 2 burritos. Wouldn’t recommend this store, go to GYG.
