I love the food here and have dined four times this week alone. However, I'm disappointed to find that the lettuce was not fresh on at least two occasions. Seeing wilted leaves really ruins my appetite. It's frustrating to encounter this again today after spending so much time selecting my meal.
Usually I’m not one for leaving reviews, and definitely not bad ones, but I’m so disappointed in the service that my partner and I received this evening.nYou could absolutely tell that the male staff member who served us did not want to be there. He didn’t once smile, was mumbling as he was going through the motions and was quite rude. For someone who works in hospitality, he really needs to reconsider his employment options, because he was clearly miserable.nThe whole service area was also a complete mess, and the plates that he was preparing the burritos on were also not clean.nHis attitude towards us and his job really was just poor, and we felt that by just being there we were an inconvenience to him.
Lady at the front was very mean and racist and that lady was charging extra for every small thing and she hardly filled the nachos bowl properly and when my friend asked her politely why is she behaving like that, she carelessly said that “ I don’t care” and she didn’t respond respectfully. Very bad experience.
I went in with my husband to order takeaway, we stood in the shop for over 10mins, not one of the staff on spoke to us to say we will be with you soon. They continued on washing dishes and talking amongst themselves. It’s one of the worse customer service ever! We ended up walking out, looking back at the staff they found that to be a big joke. So rude.nWe then traveled to Unley Road store they was amazing.nIf that was my business I’d certainly want my staff retrained on how to look after your customers.nVery disappointing.
I ordered Nachos via Uber, it was only just a bowl of corn chips and sauce, there was rarely meat there, there was not any guacamole, instead they had added a small piece of avacado. The food was cold and stale, I am concerned with safety and hygiene issue too. It looked stuck at the bottom of the container. I called shop but they didn’t care. I was left hungry without any responsibility from the staff after I called and complained.nNever order Zambrero as they just want your money and don’t provide the order as they should. Quality was awful and no supervision. Staff are terrible as they don’t know what they are doing. I am glad Uber refunded and acknowledged this.
