after being a regular for a long time, i have never had a complaint until today. new staff need to be watched when serving customers as i received the smallest serve of nachos today. so small that i finished it with many nachos left behind as seen in photos. i love zambies but am disappointed paying $16 for something that left me hungry
Huge variation on serving sizes! Always fresh and yummy. But sometimes very stingy on serving size! I know they have portion control but the variation is huge. The lady serving ahead of me gave decent serves. The guy serving me - thumbs down. The great lettuce crisis is over. I shouldn’t have to ask for more lettuce! I’m happy to pay for guacamole- but if I’m paying for it give me a proper serve. Tonight was the smallest serves ever from any Zambreros.
Tom is best at his work, while always offering great service and asking questions in great detail. I will always come to this Zambrero!
I love the food here and have dined four times this week alone. However, I'm disappointed to find that the lettuce was not fresh on at least two occasions. Seeing wilted leaves really ruins my appetite. It's frustrating to encounter this again today after spending so much time selecting my meal.
A while back I ordered as a part of Menu Log. Food came dishevelled, cold, and tacos had a few shreds of lettuce in there and it was packed like it was thrown into a bag from Space. Disappointing as its not cheap. I decided to go in there face to face and see if they just had a bad day or the delivery service had mistreated my food. Staff disinterested, totally different from the Unley store, and the food wasnt great....disappointing as I live closer to this store ! I read the reviews and notice that the good ones all sound the same which is really annoying....friends / relatives of the staff and Manager ? Care factor ZERO. I will never go back.
