I would give zero rating to these stores staff. If you want your food stuffed up and get wrong food n uncooked rice go there. If you want to waste your money then go there. Despite repeating my order few times they made my burrito wrong both the time, I paid extra money to get more items added but instead I barely got anything. So then I went inside to order so that I could see what they are adding but there was no food items or ingredients at all in their shelves it was all taken away. Worst worst worst worst experience DONT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND YOUNG KIDS WORKING THERE DO NOT CARE, THEY JUST KNOW TO DUMP ANYTHING AND ROLL IT.
The service was apalling. Just read other negative reviews and you will know. Run by 16 year old kids who seem to enjoy messing up orders. I ordered a IQ and I was served with uncooked black rice. Not undercooked just not cooked at all, really crunchy. The place is supposed to close at 8.30 but when I went back around 8.15, they had already packed up. And the guy sniggered and said come back tomorrow and speak to manager as they pack up 15 mins before closing. If you are reading this, STOP, do yourself a favour and go to the Zambrero on Brisbane St instead. Trust me you will thank me.
Zambreros is not authentic, sometimes a little devoid of flavour and really the whitest version of Mexican you may get. This is basically the Subway of Mexican food, only rather than the felon Jared, you have a business that has forward facing charitable notions. There are still zero brick and mortar restaurants in Launceston that serve authentic Mexican, and that's not to say they aren't nice. Zambrero's is great if you want something a bit different for a quick takeaway meal where you can customise your dishes to an extent. It isn't amazing, but it is a good step in the right direction away from regular white people food, even if it is a bit of an impression.
Who the hell is running this place man. Apalling service. Serving raw rice, and ridiculous wrapping of burrito. You cant get that many things wrong unless you are intentionally doing it. Time to appoint a manager guys. I am not returning.

Oh boy, it was a struggle finding an open Mexican eatery at quarter to four in the afternoon on the Frist Friday after the new year here at Launceston. But I can tell you without hesitation that Zambrero exceeded beyond expectations. The restaurant itself is very spacious and offers ample seating. The place was cooled to a comfy 20s which was perfect on the day we went. Service delivery by the staff was exceptional. Brittany fulfilled my order of Nachos professionally, carrying out my specifications while offering great suggestions of toppings and heating method. She was very personable and quick about things and before I knew it the order was all done and I pretty much scoffed the meal down. The ingredients were crisp and fresh. Loved the crunch of the tortilla chips and tomato salsa. Guacamole was fresh and the melted cheese delectable. One serving wasn't enough as I enjoyed my experience so much so I actually ordered an additional order of the very same bowl of Nachos. This time served by Curtis who was friendly, efficient and professional. Great service delivery and scoffed the second bowl down in minutes. If you want your tex mex craving sated and experience a Subway-level of customisation and ingredient freshness actually think Zambrero is better then look to further than Zambrero Launceston. You will not be disappointed.
Not too bad. Can get better service and well explained menu. Gluten free options need to be there for allergies.
food is good when you can get it - drive thru hasn’t been open whenever i’ve gone recently despite a sign out front saying it is. very annoying. when it is open it’s very slow.
Went there today for the first time the nachos were wonderful and the staff were fantastic. One small thing though the stools weren't for me I had to stand up and leave to have my drink as I couldn't take the stools much longer perhaps some regular chairs would be good. Although the couch looked comfortable I wasn't sure if I could eat sitting on the couch or if it was there for you to sit while you wait.
First time being here. Walked in and asked if I could place an order and received just a blank stare and no communication. Not sure if you can order in here or you have to do it online or by phone first? The girl at the counter, after saying hi, just stared blankly at me and didn't respond. I'm sure the food is great, unfortunately didn't get a chance to find out as I was made to feel I had done something wrong by asking to order.
