Put an order in this evening through the app. Arrived after it was due to be ready and the server said they hadn’t received the order. Server was there on their own, did not offer to help me and was not trained in how to prepare all of the items on the menu. If I hadn’t already paid over $100 for meals for three families I would have left but as it was I had to walk the server through my order offering suggestions as to replacements since they couldn’t make quesadillas. Appalling management or complete lack of putting an untrained staff member in this position and failing to provide even an adequate service to customers.
Went there today afternoon .. the girl name Sapana was really professional and friendly . Really made our experience so much better. Will definitely come often from now .
I want to sincerely thank the staff of Zambrero for safeguarding my wallet after it had fallen out of my pocket shortly after I left the store, and their efforts to contact me. This is excellent customer service! Also the burrito was nourishing and the beef succulent. A delicious experience. Burrito enthusiasts take note!
The vibe was super cool, food was delicious and the environment was amazing due to the consistency of the beautiful staff member. Happy holidays guys!
used to get nacho bowl for my kid, always the same medium, vege, refried beans with tomato, cheese & salsa verde.....until.....young guy takes the order, puts chips in the toaster, takes them out & scrapes some hard crusty refried beans from the side of the container. Theres literally two teaspoons of crusty gunk and with a straight face asks me what toppings i want. i asked have you run out of beans? he says yes, sorry. I asked wouldn't it be better to tell me theres no beans than serve up this? he said ill only charge you for a small....so im just getting chips with salsa, okay go to the register & rings it up full price, i reminded him that he said he will charge for a small & he started arguing, i just walked & wont be going back It dosent matter that i ate there 20 times & it was great. 100% quality or nothing
A friend and I went to Zambrero on Thursday night for dinner, the guy that served us was very rude, had really bad customer service, and put tiny portions in both of our burritos. He also practically threw the burrito at my friend after she had paid. Usually I have very good experiences at this Zambrero, but the service on this night was terrible!!
I’ve ordered with Zams 3 times, with one being for an event at my offices. Each time the food has been fresh, delivered on time and tasty. My most recent order MADE me post a review. Seriously the best burrito I’ve ever had. It was a Triple T and wowsers it’s good! Ordered and delivered at peak time which was lunch time Friday. Defo going to get this again at some point this week.
Absolute WORST Zambrero food ever. I can’t even understand how it could possibly be messed up that poorly. My 2 year old niece literally could of done a better job. Whoever you have working on the 6th of July at 6-7pm ish shouldn’t be working there. You guys really need to either train your staff on how to prepare food on your menu and actually give some care into what you do. My order was all wrong and what I did receive looked like it was made by someone blindfolded, no joke, really, really bad!!!! Tonight was a delivery yet there have also been several other times I have gone in in person and waited and waited for someone to come out from the back and eventually just left. If it was my business I would be super embarrassed and if you aren’t making as much money as you want to be at the moment I would look at spending a bit more to hire better staff. Unbelievably disappointing.
This store is permanently closed and the shop is up for lease. I went for a tasty burrito and left with a broken heart
Food when ordered on delivery was poorly made, the drinks were placed on the burritos and the burritos were labelled incorrectly. Overall poor experience from a regular customer.
