I’ve been dining with Zambrero since the first store in Adelaide opened almost 10 years ago and in that time I’ve visited many restaurants in the group, across all states, but since my first visit to the Blackwood store in Feb 2023, I’ve made it my dedicated store for my weekly Zambrero hit. All of the staff are super friendly and Peter the store manager has made myself and my friends all feel so welcome it’s like we’re part of the family, and we all look forward to our weekly visits. No other Zambrero stores in the country come close in comparison to the Blackwood experience with Peter and his team, and I’ll always go out of my way to visit the Blackwood store for that reason. More than 5 stars are needed to rate this store.
Great experience of customer service! Walked in 10min after closing without realising and Peter hooked me up with making me a burrito while they were packing up. Everyone was so kind and it was delicious!
Used to a lovely burrito from this place. Today Lady gave off angry vibe. Had to remind that vegetarian offered double beans and rice. Made up for my reminder by reducing contents of other ingredients. Could not taste any dressing, though requested garlic. Have bought many of these, usually excellent, today, disappointing. Won't hurry back.
Last couple times I’ve been served by the older lady there who is quite rude, first time I thought she was just having a bad day but the more I’ve been served by her I’ve come to realise that she must always be having a bad day. Other staff are always nice so I’m sad that I’m going to have to drive further now to get my Zambies fix just because of one person
This Zambrebro's seems to be the cleanest and tasiest Zambreros I've been too. They seem to take their burrito art very seriously and ALWAYS jam pack my burrito exactly the way I like it!
