Got served today by a girl who made me the best burrito I’ve gotten from zambreros. I usually don’t give reviews but she was so kind and made me the neatest burrito and was so good about my allergies and gave the best service so she definitely needed the recognition. Xx
Sensational. I have diabetes and such foods are off limits in most places. The selection is fresh and you can create your own... A1 ... Great team there and well kept and clean. Can't recommend enough
Food was good.nBut not enough as staff came out in the middl of her conversation and made my order in like 30sec and went back to continue.nShe added one serve rice and may be one spoon of beans which I enjoyed a lot.nTold her less lettuce but nope she was in so rush and filled whole box with lettuce.nPoor service
I put through an order through uber eats at 7:30pm. The order kept getting delayed. It got to 9:00 then uber said the restaurant has now shut. I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes for nothing and now have to think of something else to eat due to the fact I was waiting so long. Not very impressed with the service at all
Worst customer service. You have lost our group as your customer, especially whenever we will see those staff behind counter, we would just walk away.nOur group has been customer with Zambrero for long time and we absolutely love your food and staff is always amazing.nnMaybe we were there at 7:38pm and that’s what turned off the staff and the way she served was terrible, for a second i felt i just leave it half way and walk out. Extremely rude.nThe moment she saw us walking inside the store, could sense frustration on her face and felt she just don’t want to be there in that moment.
