Excellent and very prompt service. Food serviced within 10 mins. We had black pepper sizzling chicken 20:5$ Pad Thai chicken 20.5$ Thai beef ribs 23$. This was really nice and certainly recommended. Good for 2 ppl if u have medium appetite. Tom yum prawn soup 22.5$. Also tasty Wok herb prawns and the sauce was really good. 22.5$ Kids fish and chips 10$ Drinks at 4.5$ each. Total bill 137$. With 4 adults n 2 kids. I’d come here any day .
Was absolutely amazing!!! laksa was a tad hot jokes i didn't realize that a laksa was suppose to be that hot, well, overall, it was amazing, the service, the food, the ambiance will definitely go back here for a nice, relaxed dinner with my partner
Amazing dishes and excellent service! We ordered thai beef ribs & spicy flat white noodles and both of them amazed us! The noodle is quite spicy which I love so much and the beef is very much juicy and soft. Just a wee reminder that the portion is not very big, if you're so hungry. Highly recommended overall!! Leaving this comment while waiting for the desert, Pls don't let me down haha
Ordered a beef pho and pork spring rolls, spring rolls were OK though more the texture of dumplings inside ... the soup however was really bland.. the broth was bland. The beef was chewy, the noodles were stuck to container and a bit soft and there was an off taste to the veges and there wasn't much veges.. having been to Vietnam I've tasted much nicer pho than this... even in NZ. Also you'd think thered be a mix of different beefs like meatballs, beef etc.. not good for $20.50. Still felt hungry after.
Got the lemon/honey chicken via takeaway on uber eats, wasn't overly great unfortunately. Meal portion and rice is quite small for the price. The sauce was quite watery and had made some of the chicken soggy. The kumara chips were stale. Seems others have had a better experience in the restaurant! Might try that instead.
So disappointed, this used to be my favourite Thai place in Christchurch. Have ordered the tofu pad Thai for about 5 years. Unfortunately, the pad Thai I received today was revolting. Bright pink, overly sweet sauce. Mushy vegetables and noodles absolutely swimming in it. Egg and tofu were inedible. Sorry team, I have been a loyal customer for years but it’s clearly time to move on. Wondering if there is a new chef or ownership?
A very nice restaurant! Very authentic and traditional Thai & Vietnam meals, remind me those extraordinary ones back in Seoul, Tokyo and Beijing. The owners are also very kind! Will be visit again soon!
The meals used to be very good but the last twice sweet and sour has not had the flavour and the tofu has been disgusting. Must be a different chef. I will not be going again. Vegetarian options: Very good Parking: Very Good Wheelchair accessibility: Very Good
Awesome meals,staff pretty good,had to wait one day while waitress served others before me,when I was there first. Sounds petty,but had to get back to work .otherwise no problem..Food: 4/5
Prepared the food quickly, but it had no flavour. Stir fry, massaman curry and the puffs all had the same bland sweet flavour. Not worth $21.50 per main dish.
