The coffee and food is always good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The reason for the low score is the drive thru. It's tiny and often the cars are queued out on to the road which causes a nightmare for everyone else.Food: 5/5
I may be biased as I have 3 or 4 great nieces & nephews who work at this store. No I'm not, this store always excells in their service and their coffee. There is always a queue, so be prepared to wait, but Zarraffas coffee is so worth waiting for.Food: 5/5
Terrible service from your Morayfield branch this morning. They stuffed up my order and instead of apologizing, I get the worse attitude and was made to wait a further 20 minutes for my coffee. They do not care, and your supervisor needs to be trained in dealing with customers. I will be going to the Morayfield Shopping Centre branch where they are super friendly and care for their regular customers. Very disappointing.
The worst drive though service ever. I waited in the drive though for 20 minutes and not one vehicle moved. When I enquired what the problem was the staff member was rude... The staff member at the counter was half asleep and it was obvious that this branch is not customer focused. Other Zaraffa's stores have a staff member outside with ipad moving order along very quickly without even a 5 minutes wait. Zaraffa's morayfield staff could learn a few things from other branches on turnaround time and customer focus.
Small complaint, the music was too loud for easy conversation. Other than that the staff were very helpful..... I'm not a regular coffee shop visitor so needed advice. Friend had food, looked good!Food: 5/5
Lovely staff who always seem happy to be there. Excellent service. My only complaint would be that on the odd occasions I walk in instead of using the drive thru the tables and floor are always dirty. Vegetarian options: Options are available, see menu on website
I went through the drive through today and ordered a cold brew with lactose free milk and vanilla syrup. I paid the $7.25 for it and then I made the mistake of not trying it until I was down the road. It is the worst cold brew I’ve ever had. It tastes like milky vanilla water and leaves a horrid after taste. I can’t even taste the coffee. Very disappointed
To the driver in front of me who paid for my coffee as we went through the drive-thru: You truly made my day and you have a beautiful soul. I hope the universe treats you well Vegetarian options: Oat milk lattes are the bomb diggity. The orange & almond loaf is also vegan
We visit this location on a weekly basis at least - most regulars would know the queuing situation is not ideal - the staff do nothing to ensure this runs smoothly and rely mostly on basic human decency which let's be honest doesn't really exist this day in age. So when someone decides to push into the que which mind you already had six cars that I could see already waiting, I wasn't going to just take it on the chin - I had something to say. And this person was a regular too as the staff had their "usual" order memorized, so please don't tell me they don't know how this excuse of a "que" works. Because of this the staff called us rude, did not offer a cup tray for the multiple coffee's we ordered, nor did they even mark which coffees were which. We received nasty stares not from one, but three staff members and for what... because I stood up not only for myself but the other cars in the que who had already been waiting a great deal of time for their coffee's. Something needs to be implemented to ensure fairness in the drive through cue and rather than the staff resorting to calling customers RUDE when they do not even know the situation, perhaps asking for both sides of the story. Fair to say we will not be returning to this location ever again and will actively share our experience with other members of the local community.
