This was my very first time here. I want to say that the staff was exceptional especially the young guy that bent over backwards to accommodate us when our booking went astray. We were also sat down beautiful food and left here very satisfied both service and food was exceptional. I would highly recommend Zack's restaurant
Great atmosphere and fabulous service. Always plenty of staff on duty. The best place to celebrate Christmas Lunch.
Went to Zacks for dinner tonight. Couldn't fault it. Staff were fantastic, food was great serve too large and couldn't eat it all, it was hot and very well presented. Had the honey soy chicken wings for starters and they were to die for. Would definitely come back next time we're in Toowoomba.

After giving a restaurant a 1 star rating last night, l would easily give Zacks a 5 star plus. The difference is chalk and cheese. Great service, fabulous meal friendly staff and a genuine feeling that as customers, we mattered.
