I have been using Zaara’s salon services for quite sometime. Recently, I got my haircut and highlights and was blown away by the results. Farzana and Pinky both are hardworking girls. Agree that their work is good but customer service is not unfortunately. Everytime I call , I find it impossible  to get an appointment assuming they are not giving one b coz they are actually not available however once I was actually at the salon I heard the girls give an appointment to a known client and rejected to another. I don’t think they are managing their appointments well and keeping regular clients happy while others who are not very regular unhappy.

Trusted google reviews but regret doing so. They unquestionably know their job, but I have never visited a salon that had customer service as bad as theirs. Unwelcoming, rude and impatient and shocking lack of staff for a place that has so many customers. They take in a few too many customers together, in addition to attending to reception duties and struggle to handle all of them together. Haircut was extremely good though. I have going here for several years, they always do a great job of cutting and coloring my hair and are really easy going. Finally got around to getting the keratin treatment they recommended many times. After thies treatment so easy to manage my hair, looks great and has made my hair so healthy. Very bad, really cheating place, bad customer service, change prices when we book appointment. Wasted my time when I came for treatment as they guarantee 50% only works their products.

Both hairdressers are kind and courteous towards all their customers. I happened to be their first time customer and still they took me in without an appointment and did a great job according to my needs. Their EFTPOS terminal wasn't working and I didn't have cash on me. Happily accepted bank transfer and was trusting enough to wait for the payment. Will recommend them surely.
