I went to Z Pukekohe for the Supreme Car Wash. It’s clearly advertised that the package includes a free Celsius drink, but the lady at the counter refused to provide it without any explanation.nnShe didn’t greet me at all and her overall attitude was rude and dismissive. For the price of the Supreme wash, I expected basic courtesy and for the advertised inclusions to be honoured.nnManagement should look into staff training and customer service at the counter. It left a bad impression of an otherwise convenient location.
For a major chain petrol station I think it's pathetic you don't have a functional air compressor available for people to inflate their tyres.. I dunno, call me skeptical but it feels like you want people to use more petrol with having ill inflated tyres... I drove around 2 other petrol stations looking for an air hose but they didn't have one either. You wasted my time and cost me petrol I can barely afford as it is . Do better Z!
One of best petrol stations I have ever seen in NZ. Great range or products- full shelves and fresh food. Wonderful service and great coffee to boot! Welcome to the manager and his team!
