Went in to prepay for petrol on 14.10.24 and there was one lady making coffees and another was refilling the chips etc.  The service here is slack. I had to wait for the coffee person to finish before I was served.  More attention to customer service and restock when there is down time.

Don't buy pies from herenBought a pie from Z station Kahikatea.nAs I was eating it, it tasted bland so opened it. Look what was in it... lolnHow can you make pies like that?

it was great experience at Z kahikatea drive. ordered one mocha and one of staff member marz makes it  for me with preety smile on her face. coffee was awsome highly recommend

I called in for 3 flat whites around 4.40 pm yesterday arvo 9/05/2024. I was disgusted to see this poor woman working alone. I had to wait over 15 mins for my coffee’s that were cold, but I didn’t have the heart to tell her as the poor woman had a forecourt full of cars and a long queue of customers waiting to be served at the counter. I asked the woman where the other staff were and she said that she works alone on this shift! That is not acceptable management. I’ve heard that Tekuiti are also guilty of this type of behaviour. Treating their staff badly. I wonder how many others are affected by terrible management at z stations!

I have charged my car through here quite a few times .... sometimes there is slight hiccups to get the charger to start charging .... but overall experience has been great ... great charging speeds.
