Very disappointing experience at this Petrol Z station. The staff member named Sharlyn or something similar was extremely rude and unhelpful. There was no basic customer service or courtesy at all.nnCustomers expect to be treated with respect, but unfortunately that was not the case during my visit. I hope the management provides proper customer service training so situations like this don’t happen again.nnAnd Also learn how to make coffee properly.

Good petrol station. Staff Is very friendly. Coffee is very good.

If you’re going to shut your doors before 10pm can you at least get someone to serve you that speaks and understands English so they can understand what you’re after when it’s more than just fuel.

Often understaffed in the mornings. Several people waiting with only one staff member at the point of sale. Pre-order coffee times slow, order 10 mins in advance and still waiting to get your order. Staff smoking on site
