Often understaffed in the mornings. Several people waiting with only one staff member at the point of sale. Pre-order coffee times slow, order 10 mins in advance and still waiting to get your order. Staff smoking on site

Love a good Z. On this occasion, I had a pleasant visit and got gas, food and drink. Polite staff and easy to get in and out of the forecourt provided traffic isn't packed.
