I’ve been a regular customer at Z Picton for years, and I’ve generally found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Unfortunately, one particular employee consistently creates a negative experience. On my most recent visit, she was curt, impatient, and dismissive, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and upset. This is not the level of service I’ve come to expect from Z, especially when the rest of the team are so pleasant. I’m disappointed to find myself reconsidering where I fill up, simply to avoid dealing with her attitude. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because when things are good here, they’re really good.
I've now driven on the other side of the road and survived. Before returning the rental car, I stopped here to top it off with gas. I was able to use my voucher for 6 cents off per liter that's about USD0.14 cents per gallon which added up nicely.nnI was surprised to see that it is pump first, which seems unusual but I guess they trust people more here in NZ than we do back in the states.nnThe pump worked fine, the dude inside was happy to have a conversation about which side of the road is the correct one, and I was on my way.
Absolutely rude rude lady yesterday afternoon. I've seen her treat customers terrible multiple times before. And yesterday she was an Absolutely piece of work. You only work at a gas station love , calm down
Just called in for oil 10-13 Sunday 13th Oct. The beautiful Moari lady was a credit to Z. Her personality & help was 1st class. Did not get her name. But thank you so much. Really appreciated. Will be back
Went to get petrol hot drink and food. Accidentally parked in the wrong spot. Instead of asking me nicely to move, the staff member came out aggressively. Needless to say i left, and won't go back. Just say please park over there next time. Not welcoming at all.
