I recently broke down nearby and urgently needed a fuel can. Unfortunately, the garage refused to loan or rent one because previous customers hadn’t returned theirs. I understand the frustration of losing equipment, but it’s disappointing that there’s no alternative solution for genuine emergencies.nA simple deposit system, small rental fee, or ID hold would solve the problem and still protect the garage from losses. Most customers in breakdown situations are already stressed, and having even a temporary option would be a huge help.nI hope the garage considers updating this policy so they can assist people safely and fairly in urgent situations. In the meantime I managed to get my car going and came in for the $10 bare minimum of fuel so that I could fill up somewhere that customers are valued.
I was going to write a review earlier from very poor service on the 2nd July in the early arvo, but decided not too as it was unnecessary but getting mail today that I only paid for my item and my petrol wasn’t paid for proves my point. I didn’t get acknowledged once by either front of house workers, it seemed like they were doing something behind the counter about the business but the bare minimum is hi, if I’m using the Z app, thank you, and bye. I work in customer service and was not impressed by this as I was acknowledging them. Customers should be first priority. Otherwise all other experiences with their staff are good.
There is sweet indian girl jasneet and the manager they both treated me politely and offered me perfect coffee that i wanted it was tasty also they helped me in downloading z app i got free 5 coffees and fuel discount which is really amazing thank you to both of them

I come to this petrol station frequently and have nothing but good things to say about the Store and Staff!nnToday I was served by Navi and she had a lovely smile and welcomed me into the store, she was friendly and treated me with respect which always feels nice nnAnother time I went in with my Girlfriend and we bought milkshakes, we took them up to the counter to pay for them but my butterfingered partner spilt hers all over the counter…. Not only was the Man unsure of his name sorry serving us kind and calm, he cleaned it up for us, AND THEN offered for her to make another one to replace it for free!nnThanks team at Z Bryndwr
