Great cars and great people, customer service by far best in Canterbury. Brought a car and had an unfortunate incident and Dave immediately found something even better to replace it by insurance payout. All I here is the great response to any issues from Dave and his team, and how friendly they are
My wife & i have brought 3 cars from Dave, all great motors. For our latest car, which we only brought only a few months back, we asked Dave to find us a vehicle that not on his forecourt, Dave found us a fantastic vehicle, great kms & in excellent condition, happy as. Would i use Zcars again, to bloody right i would.
Absolutely the worst car I've ever owned. Biggest mistake buying from Z Cars. Dreadful after sales service when things go wrong. Would never ever recommend to friends or family to buy a vehicle from here. Personally never come across a company with such poor customer service. Not MTA members and the person running the yard 5 days a week is not even the registered licensed motor vehicle dealer. Make promises they don't keep and drive damaged vehicles against mechanics advice. Buyer beware.
Recently purchased a immaculate focus off Z cars. It developed the common clutch shudder known in these models. Ford wouldn't cover the cost of repairs because it was an import and it wasn't covered under the mechanical warranty as clutches are considered a wear and tear item. Looking at a $1500 repair bill Dave and Rachael did not hesitate in covering this. Focus was fixed within days and back on the road. Cannot compliment the service higher. Great range of vehicles on the yard, always happy to help and spin a yarn. Thanks Z cars.
