The best Thai restaurant in Melbourne. Traditional Thai taste be made by Thai chef.
This restaurant serves delicious Thai food! The must-try dishes are Tom Yum Soup with the right balance of sourness and pungency, Massaman Beef Curry that was sooo tender and with such thick and flavorful gravy, and Hat-Yai Fried Chicken that was so crispy on the outside but so tender and moist on the inside. The owner and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Service was excellent and prices are very reasonable. This is a place that I will always go back to if I want some comforting Thai food.
Stumbled on this gem and can't stop recommending people to go! Best curry puffs you'll every eat! Massaman curry is also super tasty! Melt in your mouth beef pieces. If only there was more sauce to dribble over that rice!! Service is amazing and they have great deals on takeaways = 110/10!
Amazing food. I knew this place would be good from the first bite of spring roll. Real meaty pulled pork taste. The duck curry was epic. Barra with ginger was one of the tastiest fish dishes i have had in long time. 5 out of 5 fish cakes.
Got some take away last week. Curry puffs and pulled pork spring rolls were really tasty. Also had the massaman curry which was great with extremely tender good quality beef. Service was friendly and place seemed very busy.
i thought the idea of business is to attract repeat customers but we definitely won't be spending our money here again. Pad Thai was basically noodles and tofu with literally 3 pieces of chicken. Roti bread very dry and old.
Ordered food at a friend's place tonight. Never arrived after paying and have just received horrible and rude "customer service" in response. Driver apparently doesn't know how to use a intercom for apartment buildings. Lucky there aren't heaps of apartments in the area..... Food maybe good but avoid if you want reasonable service or delivery
Ordered at 6:00pm it arrived at 8:33pm and I only live 4kms away. it was very annoying and should have cancelled....HOWEVER, the curry was ok and so was the pad thai. There are better places along Glenhuntly Rd like Kun Thai, Panda MaMa.
Probably the worst green curry I ever tasted in my life. Seriously even I could do a better one Without even trying hard update march 2018 -- in response to your sarcastic comments - the curry was bland and very tasteless and the meat tasted pre-cooked and pre-heated. Vegetables were not even cooked properly. I could get the curry paste from coles or woolworths marion's kitchen - $6 and it would taste much much more better. Also, you're running a restaurant - not me.
Great food, their Massaman curry is to die for, and their pulled pork spring rolls are a tasty twist on a classic. Yuu Yen is an Uber Eats regular in our house!
