I ordered cauliflower fried in chilli oil and the taste was adequate. However, the amount was below expectation. It was not very spicy tho. But the service was good and staff was friendly. Given another chance, I may not go there again because there are better restaurants in Auckland.
Decent portion of delicious mapo tofu with rice is $13-14 only.
Yummy dumpling house is an absolute gem of Auckland. The food never disappoints. Strongly recommend the tomato egg, braised eggplant, cucumber salad, shallot pancake, needle mushroom, mapo tofu and I'm sure all the meat options are good too. Great portion sizes and a good price

Atmosphere was absolutely peaceful & hygienic! Food was DEVINE, I would recommend this place again!. Try their egg fried rice, AMAZING
This review is long overdue. The food was sub-standard and the service was pathetic. The host was rude/unwelcoming and made no effort to ensure our dining experience was comfortable. The one star is for my sister who wasted $148 on this awful experience.

Great portion, good customer service, but if you are watching your salt intake, make sure you let the waiter know.
This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in town. Their Shichuan style twice cooked pork with bean paste and steamed chicken in chili oil are so delicious. Served in quite a big portion.
