Not my usual doctor. Went in for an after hours appt with a possible ruptured Achilles tendon. It was mid Saturday afternoon. The dr was looking at his mobile when he came to get me from the waiting room, and continued to be after calling my name and then disappearing down the hall. I was hobbling after himnnChecked it again during our consult and didn’t seem present the entire time. He looked at my leg and touched it once for about a second. He didn’t tell me how serious it was/could be, produced a referral for an Ultrasound and some painkillers and then sent me on my way.nnWhen I asked about follow up he said something along the lines of “I don’t know, I don’t usually work here.” Fortunately I know a little about the process because I’ve worked in radiology reception. Then I was left to hobble back to the reception. Because of my injury, I hurt myself on the stairs the only option to get into the dr’s rooms and I quietly mentioned that to the receptionist.nnThey didn’t even acknowledge it and simply produced the machine to take my money. Perhaps they were both having a bad day, but I certainly won’t be back and do not recommend attending this clinic on a Saturday.
I have been happy with this practice for some time but this week a nurse was unkind. After giving me an injection I asked if she could write down the date next one was due. She shouted at me as if I were deaf and said 'Start learning to take control of your own health'. I am 80 and my cataract surgery took away my near sight. I wonder why some people are in the caring profession?.
I am writing to express my gratitude for Dr. Sonja. Yesterday was my first telephone consultation with her, and she showed genuine care and consideration for my situation, offering immediate assistance. Today, she followed up on my blood test results , cared about my health and informed me that she would be available over the weekend if I needed any further help. Her warmth and dedication made me feel truly supported.nThank you so much, Dr. Sonja. nWe need more doctors like her.
This clinic is easy to get in but be mindful of which doctors you are seeing on the day. Dr Michelle is one of the worst doctors I have seen in my life. My baby was very unwell I took him to the clinic to see Dr. Michelle and she kept us waiting for more than an hour! She did not apologise us for the inconvenience and behave extremely rude to us. My baby cried so hard during the whole appointment due to her extreme behaviour and continued to cry until we left the clinic.nWe also did not have good experience with Dr. Collette. Do not recommend those two doctors.nDr. Bahman is a lovely man.
I have seen Dr Ranjbar on two separate occasions, the first one was when my daughter was 8 weeks old and unwell. He was so caring and understanding. He took his time to do a thorough assessment on her. He completely put my mind at ease. The second one was for myself a few weeks ago. Once again, he was lovely. Genuinely cares about his patients, listens to their concerns and explains everything very thoroughly. I would definitely recommend him
