Very professional , great service and considered. Ordered online, their flowers for someone was ill. The person received them sent me a pics of the flowers and I was very impressed on how they looked fresh and elegant. What you see and order on their website what is presented. They were delivered on time and the recipient loved the bouquet . I do recommend Floral Indulgence because they have variety of flowers and gifts that are affordable to everyone's budget.

It was a gift to one of my lovely customers who is feeling a bit depressed lately. I didn't expect the delivery to be happened today but it did. My customer just messaged me and she's so happy. Easy over the phone ordering. The flowers were fresh and perfect to what we had discussed. We had ordered the small and it was a generous size bouquet. Called at 9:30am, and delivered by 3pm same day delivery. Thankyou very much again, and can't wait to order with you soon. Thanks Amy
BEST flowers in Penrith! Dont think it twice! I use then for my personal moments as well as well as for our cakes at Poles Patisserie, and their flowers just make our cakes goes from a 10 to an 11! The team is super easy to deal with and always responsive!
I mean pretty straight up. Flowers were lovely, bouquets had some serious heft and full of variety. Groomsmens buttonholes had some solid structure and could take a beating, first time using them but had some difficulty with the 2 pin fastening, but probably because I'm unco. On time delivery and flowers exactly as requested. Definitely recommend.
Bought beautiful hydrangeas, costing $110, then to wake up the next morning to find them droopy and dead-like. There were no written care instructions or plant food. You could get better flowers at the servo which will last longer!

Walked in earlier today with no phone call or anything, walked out 10 minutes later with a custom bouquet for my fiancé that was absolutely gorgeous. She loved them, safe to say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a florist. Extremely professional and friendly.
