Service is excellent. However, as a senior user, i would like to know precisely where the Route 20 service drops you in relation to the pharmacy on Swordfish Avenue. There doesn't seem to be any info anywhere on this.
The only thing is I wish youngs could meet the train coming from Brisbane everyday ending at Rockhampton if only young could do that last run to Yeppoon ten minutes later as it doesn't connect with train stuck in Rocky isn't ideal on my own all night when Youngs ,start the next morning.5-30am other than that it's brilliant bus company and friendly drivers .that are very good drivers with helpful advise on areas and routes ECT to get the people moved around only thing is for sake of 10min and.just that last bus not waiting makes it hard to go see & stay with my family on weekends as we work threw week .
Went from Yeppoon to Emu Park for the day and return. Busses were on time and the drivers were great. Round trip was Rockhampton to Yeppoon to Emu Park and back to Rockie. Fares were reasonable and the views down to Emu Park were stunning.
RUDE and DISHONEST, they are using misleading advertising to calculate their fare structure. They are knowingly ripping off passengers but refuse to do anything about it. The Young’s are rude, disrespectful and dishonest. Worst of all they are tarnishing the good work q connect do around the country. The Government should revoke their contract for blatant lying and misleading the general public
Great service clean buses an from the airport to yeppoon an then on to emu park ya can't get better
Wonderful driver who went all out to get me to Rockhampton connecting bus on time.
The buses are ok l think staff need to be happier
